Rebecca M. Bauscher is a graduate of University at Albany, where she received her Bachelors in Arts with a Major in English. Rebecca went on to attend Albany Law School at Union College where she received her Juris Doctorate. While attending Albany Law, Rebecca was involved in the Moot Court Team, competing in several competitions and then Coaching her own team that went on to compete in Malibu, CA.
Rebecca was admitted to practice law in New York State and the Northern District of New York Federal Court in January of 2003.
Rebecca's legal career includes working as a prosecutor for both Rensselaer and Albany County District Attorneys' Offices. As a prosecutor for 7 years, Rebecca tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases and gained experience in all aspects of litigation.
Rebecca started her own law office in June of 2007, where she specialized in Criminal Defense. Since then, Rebecca has expanded her practice to the areas of Family Law and Matrimonial Actions.
Rebecca is currently a member of the Law Guardian Panel in Albany and Schenectady County.
Rebecca is confident in the courtroom and is at ease with taking a case to Trial. Rebecca is compassionate and attentive to the needs of her clients and is aggressive in obtaining the best possible results for them.
